中考英语基础知识点：名词
1.集体名词谓语动词用复数，强调每个成员时要用单数。2.普通名词构成的专有名词(除冠词外要大写)前要加the，例如：the Great Wall , the United States.
3.物质名词不可数。例如：cotton , water , air , juice.
4.书刊、报刊名作主语，谓语动词用单数。
5.部分既可作可数又可作不可数的情况如下表：

13.a man nurse → some men nurses 全部变复数，但是 a girl\boy student → some girl\boy students
