　　吊环(hand ring)是男子体操项目之一。近代的吊环运动起源于法国，这是受杂技演员悬空绳索表演的启发而创造的，稍后才传入德国和意大利。1842年德国人施皮斯制作了第一副吊环。早期的吊环动作只有一些摆动动作和简单的悬垂，作为体操训练的辅助手段。19世纪吊环成为独立的男子体操项目，1896年被列为第1届奥运会的比赛项目。
